What each exam module looks like
Instead of one long table, this section gives a practical summary of what each part of the exam actually tests.
Listening comprehension
Recordings are played once or twice, and the tasks check both overall understanding and specific details.
Reading comprehension
Candidates work with short and longer texts, then choose or formulate accurate answers based on what they read.
Reading comprehension with grammar recognition
At lower levels, reading and grammar recognition may be merged into one integrated module.
Grammatical accuracy
At higher levels, grammatical accuracy may be tested separately, with emphasis on practical use of correct forms.
Written expression
Candidates choose a task set and write their own text according to the instructions, without needing specialist knowledge.
Speaking
The oral part is based on a drawn task set and work with text or visual prompts in front of the exam board.
Level overview without the table
Each card groups the timing, tested skills, and pass rule for a specific level and candidate group.
