About certification exam
How to register for the Polish certificate exam
Registration is handled directly by the examination center you choose. First you select a center, then you register within that center’s deadline and pay the exam fee to the account indicated there.
There is no single central registration form for all candidates. Each person signs up with a specific authorized center that is running the exam in a given session.
That means three things matter most: choosing the right center, watching the registration dates, and paying on time according to the instructions published by that center.
Process
3 steps
Choose a center, register on its website, and pay the exam fee.
Center list
about 2 months earlier
That is when the centers for a session are published and registration opens.
Certificate fee
20 € in PLN
Issuing the certificate costs the equivalent of 20 euro in Polish zloty.
Registration step by step
The process is straightforward, but the order matters because the exam location, registration window, and payment details are all tied to the center you choose.
Choose an examination center
Start by checking the list of centers organizing the session you want and decide where you plan to take the exam.
- The published center list applies to a specific exam session.
- The center you choose will handle both registration and payment.
Register on the center’s website
Once you pick a center, go to its website and complete the registration during the period announced by that organizer.
- Each center sets its own registration dates.
- Registration is completed directly with the organizer, not through one shared system.
Pay the exam fee
After registering, transfer the payment to the account of the center where you signed up. Payment details are published on that center’s website.
- Use the transfer details provided by the selected center.
- The final amount depends on the exam level and the pricing policy of that center.
