How do I delete my account

You can start account deletion directly in the app from the Profile section. If you cannot access your account, contact support from the email address linked to your profile.

If you no longer want to use PolskiPro, you can request permanent deletion of your account together with the data connected to it.

The fastest option is to do it inside the app. If you cannot open your profile, our support team can help after verifying the email address that owns the account.

Delete your account in the app

Open the PolskiPro app and go to the Profile section.

Choose the option to delete your account.

Confirm your decision to begin the data removal process.

If you cannot access the app

Contact our support team from the email address assigned to the account so we can verify your request.

Send your message to polskiprogo@gmail.com and make sure it comes from the email linked to your profile.

Can deletion be reversed

If you change your mind within 30 days, contact us immediately. We will check whether account recovery is still possible.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account, learning progress, and personal data are permanently removed within up to 30 days.
  • Some records may be stored longer when required by law or security procedures, such as purchase receipts or fraud-prevention logs.
  • Once the process is complete, your learning history and account settings can no longer be restored automatically.
